The National Institute for Transportation and Communities (NITC) invites you to join us for our annual reception at the 100th Annual TRB Meeting for a night of networking and a bit of fun with fellow transportation wonks.
Typically we'd be spending a cold, snowy evening packed into a D.C. pub seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Undeterred, we would still love to see your faces this year!
We'll still be handing out our annual, highly coveted prizes provided by our research consortium of six NITC universities (Portland State University, University of Oregon, Oregon Institute of Technology, University of Utah, University of Arizona and University of Texas at Arlington), as well as partner PeopleForBikes.
The evening will center around storytelling, and we hope you'll consider pitching yourself as a storyteller! Keeping things fresh, we'll be intermittently breaking out into small breakout rooms to network - with a spin on our notorious transportation networking bingo. We'll have prizes for best stories, and after the past year...just for showing up.
