Summary:

Monica Martin, urban planning graduate student and current USF NITC Scholar, is an underrepresented student who has contributed greatly to our current NITC research ##862 on integrating title VI and equity into the MPO transportation planning process. Her appointment ends in May and we request additional funding to keep her employed on the project over the summer months. She has been accepted into Harvard and will be continuing her education in August.
