Farzin Maniei

Farzin Maniei

University of Texas, Arlington

Farzin Maniei is a doctoral student in transportation engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. His research mainly focuses on traffic safety analysis using advanced data-driven methods Also, he has been a transportation engineer since 2012, working on large-scale and complex transportation projects, including LBJ TEXpress Lanes, Dallas/Houston Bullet Train, Midtown Express – SH 183 Managed Lanes, TX SH 249 (Ext.), California High-Speed Rail, to name a few. Since 2020, he has been performing traffic safety analysis for highways and freeways expansions to address hazardous area contributing factors.
