Xiaoyue Cathy Liu

Associate Professor

Civil & Environmental Engineering

University of Utah

Dr. Liu is an associate professor in the Civil & Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Utah. She has a Ph.D. in transportation engineering from the University of Washington, a master’s degree in transportation planning and management from Texas Southern University, and a bachelor degree in electronics and electrical engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University.
